EASY WAYS FOR RAISE MONEY FOR OUR SCHOOL

Easy Fundraising

Raise free donations to school when you shop online by registering with easyfundraising.org.uk

How does it work? Easyfundraising turns your everyday online shopping into free donations for your favourite cause. How? Just start your online shopping first at Easyfundraising, then shop as normal. Our retailers will then make a small donation to say “thank you”.

They have 3,698 retailers to choose from and so far they've raised over £27 million for thousands of community groups, schools, sports clubs, small and large charities across the UK. Easy!

The Giving Machine

Raise free donations to school when you shop online by registering with thegivingmachine.co.uk

How does it work? You join for free and choose up to support the PTA. You generate commissions by shopping online (we work with over 1,500 retailers including Amazon, Play.com, John Lewis, eBay, Sainsbury’s and Next). They convert your commissions into donations for your chosen causes.  You’re raising funds for free!

Last year St John's parents raised more than £250 for the school using these two schemes. There is no cost to you at all! It's a win win!

Amazon Smile

Shop online with Amazon Smile and raise money to support our school https://smile.amazon.co.uk/ch/1080613-0

How does it work? Amazon donates 0.5% of the net purchase price (excluding VAT, returns and shipping fees) of eligible purchases to your PTA. AmazonSmile is the same Amazon you may already know. Same products, same prices, same service.

Support our PTA by doing your shopping! Simply click the link below and login to your account.

Recycle4Schools

Roberts Recycling is an award winning, family run business dedicated to buying, collecting and exporting unwanted clothes. Their primary aim is to divert waste from landfill, but they also pride themselves on supplying affordable clothing to the poorer parts of the world outside of the UK.  Roberts Recycling is committed to helping groups raise funds in a way that is eco-friendly, highly profitable and at no cost to us! The Recycle4Schools scheme is designed to develop students’ awareness of textile recycling while providing them with a platform to generate much needed funds for their school.

How does it work?

Step 1:

  • Roberts Recycling have provided us with sacks (made from recycled materials) for the whole school including all teachers and staff to fill and return

Step 2:

  • You take the sacks home over half term and fill the sacks with unwanted or used clothes and accessories (see below image for details of what can and can’t be put in)

Step 3:

  • You bring your filled sacks into school on an agreed day ready for collection.

Step 4:

  • Roberts Recycling will come and collect the sacks and take them away for sorting and weighing.

  • They will then let us know how much we have raised! Hopefully a lot!
