Bird Project

Class: Class 1 Year: 2025 - 2026

Reception spent last week learning about birds, and it has been brilliant! The class learned about the features of different types of birds and how this links to the food they eat. Then they focussed on where birds live, what a nest is made out of and how to care for our local birds. The children created beautiful art work of their favourite local bird on our homemade recycled paper, and they also made bird feeders to hang in the trees at forest school.
